Massey Fairgrounds host Western Horse Show on Sept. 14

On Saturday, Sept. 14, the Massey Fairgrounds will host a Western Horse Show starting at 10 a.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m. the same day.
Riders will participate in western style events. The Massey Agricultural Society holds horse shows at the Fall Fair, as well as throughout the year drawing riders from the area.
Bring the family out to see some of the best riders in action with their steeds. Unlike larger shows where riders and their horses are relegated to a restricted area, at the Massey show the public has access to both the riders and their horses.
In past shows, participants have been a mix of local riders with others coming from Sudbury, Bruce Mines and other locations along the North Shore.
There is no admission fee to watch the riders in competition. Anyone wanting to participate as a rider in future shows is encouraged to contact the Massey Agricultural Society at 705-865-2070.
