I am an 88-year-old senior, living alone, during these difficult times. Seems like a punishment of solitary confinement! I never expected this.
I miss being at the Renaissance Seniors’ Centre, where I teach chair yoga, sometimes have lunch, and with people who are kind and friendly to talk to.
Thank you very much for continuing with The Standard each week, during this difficult time. I look forward on Thursdays, to hopping across to Shoppers to buy the paper. Good to read about what others are doing, and what to expect.
Lovely to see Luc Morrissette, being so kind, giving iPads to seniors homes, and our wonderful health care workers are doing such a good job, looking after the seniors, after hearing on the news, how some senior residences have so many deaths, in other areas.
Again, thank you to you and all your staff, for keeping us all in touch, and with some hopes.
